●In principle, participants must be in good health. Age must be from 6 to under 65.
※Skin diving tours are available from 18 to 60 years old.
※For activities that involve SUP, people under 15 years olde may join it with an adult.
●Participants who are under 18 years old need an agreement form from their parents.
●Please manage your stuff and valuable items by yourself during the tour.
●People who follow those cannot participate in the tour.
・People who are drunk, have an excessive hangover or lack of sleep.
・Those who are pregnant or may become pregnant.
・People with heart, ear, nose, or respiratory system diseases
・Those who have had epileptic seizures
・People who have difficulty working on their own or have disabilities (intellectual, mental, physical, panic, etc.)
・Others who cannot follow the guide's instructions
●If you have any of the following symptoms, please present your doctor's permission and medical certificate.
・People who undergoing some kind of hospital treatment.
・People who regularly use some kind of medicine.
・Regularly using some kind of medicine.
・Those who cannot do light exercise.
・People who have difficulty breathing when doing light exercise.
・You have a special medical history other than those listed above.
●Reservations are accepted on a first-come, first-served basis. If there is another reservation request during the inquiry, the one who confirmed the reservation first will have priority.
●If it is determined that the program cannot be carried out safely due to sea conditions or weather, the program may be canceled. In that case, we won’t be able to accept the request for cancellation fees or transportation/travel expenses to the location.
●Tour end time may vary depending on the situation. We cannot guarantee problems caused by delays in the tour end time.
●The snorkeling tour is a menu where you wear a buoyant body such as a life jacket and enjoy it on the water surface.
●For enjoying marine activities safely and happily, the tour contents may differ from what you applied for depending on sea conditions and weather.

・If SUP is not possible due to sea conditions or weather, we may offer snorkeling only.
▻Bort snorkeling
・Depending on sea conditions and weather, you may be guided from the beach.
●Skin diving tours are limited to those who have a skin diving license or equivalent skills. Please note that if the guide deems it dangerous, you may be asked to wear a flotation device.
●Please wait at least 24 hours after scuba diving if you want to apply for a skin diving tour.
【Cancellation policy】
●Since our tours don’t have rooms, we do not allow other customers to make reservations after the reservation is completed. Therefore, please refrain from canceling your reservation after it has been confirmed.
●In the case of cancellation or change due to customer's situation (including feeling unwell or rainy weather), please follow this cancellation fee. It will be charged from 14 days before.
・from 14days befor 20％
・from 7days befor 50%
・from 3days befor 100％
※After 7 pm will be charged the cancellation fee.
●It will be held rain or shine. Non-participation by the customer's own decision will occur a cancellation fee.
●If a flight is canceled by the weather, etc., or if a tour is canceled by worsening ocean conditions or weather, there will be no cancellation fee.
※If the tour is canceled because of sea conditions or bad weather, we will reach out you.
